This is a 20cm x27cm resonance bowl containing 5 gold unity circles and a light code linked in to the 5th dimensional harmonic of peace and alignment. This bowl holds the frequency of 224Hz and harmonises well with 'Remembering 48Hz, 'Divine alignment 467.8Hz and 'Astral realms 688.4Hz
