Several hand cut mobiles were made for the music festival all based on British butterflies ,you may have seen them about the town. In many shops and the Wilson gallery cafe.
These are all marked and cut out by hand using disgarded music score.
They are assembled and hung using fishing line to a wire frame. The mobile is designed so that each arm moves independently of each other with the lightest of air movement.
A few standing butterflies were made to sit in shop windows during the music festival.
